Approach
How we go about it
We settle the data model and the tenant boundaries before the first screen exists. Changing either later means a migration, and a migration is expensive. After that we build in small steps, each of which runs on its own. You see a version your team can use early on, and can still decide afterwards what is dropped and what is added.
